  Wonderful and Friendly Staff. Will go the extra mile to help you find what you need, or direct you where you may find it. Trained breeder on-site, knowledgeable of all varieties of animals including reptiles, mammals, and aquatic animals.

  I am so grateful to have met her at the pet store. Also, the young boy working the front desk knew that he did not have the expertise to answer my questions and politely referred me to her. He had great customer service as well and is on his way to having that knowledge to help customers the way she does one day.

  Special ordered two female chinchillas. Prepaid. When they came in, only one was female. We waited for a month and upon inquiry were told they cannot tell us when or if they can get one. I reflected a few days on phoning them and asking for my money back, but just before I did that, I received a call that 'we have your Chinchilla'. I told the employee I had waited too long, integrating the two would now be difficult and we very likely would not take it. After that I received an angry call from the manager on voicemail, and upon returning the call a day later she was verbally abusive and absolutely unwilling to resolve the situation. She now has my money and makes a double profit on an animal. Very bad business practice and terrible way to treat customers, I will not recommend this business to anyone.

  I have to say to everyone that Kathy at Total Pet was absolutely amazing. I've been so worried about my senior toy dog and went in there for help and have never met someone so committed and knowledgeable about pets that did not cost hundreds of dollars. She asked me so many questions about my little fur baby to get the best plan for her. When I got home and gave her all of the medicines (all natural by the way), my dog was feeling better and more up beat within two hours. The care Kathy took in getting me all of the right products to help my dog feel better and the right food for her needs was impeccable. She also gave me a lot of samples to try for different foods both for my dog and senior cat. The head and tail calming treats worked wonders and Angel had a great nap thanks to you
