    Stayed overnight while waiting for my wife to be admitted into the maternity ward. Staff was very kind, and room was quiet with a nice bed to enjoy. Staff allowed us to stay extra late before checking out, so my wife could have extra rest. Pleasant experience.

    Friendly staff, clean rooms, very fast internet.

    The hotel was clean found it a little expensive considering I froze over night. Turned on the heat around 6pm. Room never heated up. Turned it up again around 10ish. Still no heat got up around 3am and had to get dressed and crawl back in the bed to warm up. So no heat in Motel. And when reported to staff they did not care. Would not stay there again unless no other choice.

    Always stay here whenever in Smithers. Great staff. Very Comfortable stay. Plus great deals. Even with a pet!!! Very clean. 10/5 stars easy
