    They seem to move and flow during the day but this location suffers from a lazy evening shift that will leave you in line for a very long time. As well training seems to be lax, I ordered coffee with milk and sweetener and got packets of sweetener on the side instead of in my coffee. Tables are generally clean. Do not order food later in the day, their bread looks older as the day goes on.

    I love having a local Timmies, but this drive thru is a disaster, at times lineups are backed right up into the intersection lights. Not sure where an ambulance will have to go in an emergency. Its too small to give good service, time to move to a better location, you have outgrown Smithers where you are at. Good food still and good service.

    Consistently fast drive thru and most items are excellent, but coffee and donuts are lacking in flavor, and items including hot chocolate are often hit and miss. We love Tim Hortons! This is not our favourite one, but the staff try hard. The Iced Capps are always perfect!

    The food is bland, salted and okay. The donuts are usually the best bet. Slow service at front because of staff shortage. Coffee is best bet.
