    Locally owned and operated. Alpine/European themed food. Great cakes and pastries. Specialty coffees and new juice bar make this a MUST SEE stop in Smithers.

    I love Schimmels!! Always very friendly and prompt service and delicious eats and lattes! The cinnamon buns are to die for and the spinach pastry is amazing! Definitely my 'go to' place in Smithers!
